Reserve loadmaster promoted to chief after 38 years in wing
Chief Master Sgt. Dave Kist, 313th Airlift Squadron air reserve technician and chief loadmaster, was promoted May 1, 2015 in his 38th year with the 446th Airlift Wing. Kist has served as a traditional Reservist since his senior year of high school and became an ART in 2006 after retiring from a 25-year career as a Washington state trooper.
