Reservists get suspended for fitness
Capt. Carrianne Culy, 446th Airlift Wing fitness program manager, demonstrates the proper rowing form on the TRX suspension straps to Senior Master Sgt. Liz Milligan, superintendent, 446th Operations Support Flight at the Fitness Annex here Nov. 15, 2011. Milligan, a longtime Reservist, took Culy up on her challenge and tested the new fitness equipment after conquering miles of hills during her usual lunchtime cycling class.

Reservists get suspended for fitness

SPEK Kitchen
Reservists with the 446th Force Support Squadron Sustainment Services Flight collapse the tent portion of a single paletized expanded kitchen Oct. 2, 2011 at McChord Field during the Unit Training Assembly weekend. It takes up to eight people to set up the tent, and the kitchen must be fully operational within four hours. The SPEK can support the feeding of troops for up to a week in field conditions until a hardened facility is fucntional.
