Capt. Jeffery Mermilliod - Air Force Reserve MSC officer
Capt. Jeffery Mermilliod is a Medical Service Corps officer with the 446th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, out of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. As an MSC officer, some of his duties include providing guidance and oversight to squadron leadership, facility management, and directing operations. Capt. Jim Sluder, a combat rescue officer with the 308th Rescue Squadron, rides an all-terrain vehicle as in Yellowknife, Canada, as part of a search-and-rescue exercise with Canadian search-and-rescue technicians. JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash.- A Thanksgiving basket donated from the USO waits in the 446th Mission Support Group Airmen and Family Readiness Center to be distributed to a needy family in the 446th Airlift Wing, Nov. 23. Care and Share is designed to help wing families in need during the holiday season. Reservists with Airmen and Family Readiness, 446th Logistics Readiness Flight and the 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Top 3 helped put together about 30 baskets of food to distribute to families.
