It's the task of bioenvironmental engineers to ensure every work area is a safe one. Blending engineering and preventive medicine, bioenvironmental engineers identify and evaluate potential hazards and develop plans and programs to prevent injuries and illnesses. Boeing engineer joins 313th AS
Joshua Brewer, a Boeing engineer, was sworn in Oct. 25 on the flight line at McChord Field, Wash., by his uncle, a retired Navy Reservist, as the newest pilot in the 313th Airlift Squadron. His family and members of the 313th attended the event, which was held in front of the C-17 Globemaster III that Brewer will fly after graduating from Officer Candidate School and pilot training. Bombarded with ham
Local community leaders help unload boxes of ham at the 446th Airlift Wing Annex here, Dec. 17, 2015 as part of Operation Ham Grenade, which local community leaders, organizations, and individuals donate hams to Airmen for their holiday dinners. A total of 44 hams were donated to the 446th AW Care and Share program, which supports Reserve families, who endure financial stress during the holiday season.
