JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. -- Staff Sgt. Paul Berglund, a crew chief with the 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, installs an exhaust fan cover on a C-17 Globemaster in preparation for towing the aircraft to a maintenance hangar during a UTA here Sept. 11, 2010. Sergeant Berglund lives in Clarkston, Wash. and commutes 343 miles every month to drill with the 446th Airlift Wing. MCCHORD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. - Army Specialist Mitch Barone, the combat medic who came to the aid of Army Sgt. Jeff Beltran, poses with children in Iraq. After receiving medical care from one Barone, Sergeant Beltran was then cared for on an aeromedical evacuation flight by Tech. Sgt. Selina Barone. Sergeant Barone is a Reservist with the 446th Airlift Wing here and Specialist Barone's mother.
