Reservist member wins Levitow Award

SSgt. David M. Smith, 446th Civil Engineer Squadron emergency management, stands at Joint-Base Lewis-McChord, WA, Apr. 1. Smith was recently awarded the John Levitow Award at Airman Leadership School as the only reservist in the class. Citizen Airman supports KC-46 Pegasus missions

Amanda Ballentine, 301st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, work atop a M1136 Stryker combat vehicle to prepare it for measurements and weighing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Dec. 6. The 36th Aerial Port Squadron out of McChord Field helped to train the Army’s 301st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade on preparing a Stryker for transport in a C-17 Globemaster III.
