Reservists prepare Thanksgiving baskets for needy families
JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash.- Senior Airman Nicolas Speer, 446th Logistics Readiness Flight and Tech. Sgt. Nathan Mann, 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, prepare Thanksgiving baskets with food donated from the USO in the 446th Mission Support Group Airmen and Family Readiness Center, Nov. 23. The baskets will be to be distributed to needy families from the 446th Airlift Wing. The Care and Share Program is designed to help wing families in need during the holiday season. Reservists with Airmen and Family Readiness, 446th LRF, and 446th AMXS helped put together about 30 baskets of food to distribute to families. Port of Tacoma donates 30 turkeys for Care and Share

Carl Supplee accepts a Thanksgiving turkey from Dennis Daily, general manager Auto Warehousing Company in Port of Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 19. The turkey represents the 30 turkeys that were donated to the 446th Mission Support Group Airmen and Family Readiness Center for the Wing Care and Share Program. DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. - Port Dawgs from the 36th Aerial Port Squadron, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., run their final lap in the Fit to Fight challenge at the Port Dawg Competition at Dobbins ARB, Ga.
