A Douglas C-47 Dakota, nicknamed “That’s All Brother”, flies with a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules, assigned to the 37th Airlift Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, over the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial in Colleville-sur-Mer, France, June 8, 2019. “That’s All Brother” flew combat missions during Operation Neptune June 6, 1944. The 37th AS’ lineage traces back to the 37th Troop Carrier Squadron, who flew C-47s with “W7” or “Whiskey 7” painted on the nose of their aircraft. The C-130J was painted in honor of the 37th TCS.
