About 450 food boxes at the Central Pierce Fire & Rescue Department, Tacoma, Washington, wait to be delivered to local military families, Dec. 15, 2015. The department donated 50 of its 450 dinner boxes to the 446th Airlift Wing Care and Share program, run by the 446th Force Support Squadron, Airman & Family Readiness Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Food drives are the cornerstone of Care and Share because they support Reserve families, who endure financial stress during the holiday season, said Mr. Carl Supplee, A&FRC director.
