Maj. Medori Hill, 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, gives the the thumbs up for an Aeromedical Staging Squadron team to carry a patient onto a C-17 Globemaster III on the flight line at McChord Field Dec 8. The 446th AES the 446th ASTS began training together to prepare for real-world situations.
