304th Rescue Squadron

Air Force Reserve Tech. Sgt. Lucas Martin, a pararescueman from the 304th Rescue Squadron, Portland International Airport, Oregon, participates in water rescue training in the Columbia River, near Rooster Rock State Park, Oregon, July 27, 2013. Pararescuemen from the 304th RQS regularly conduct water training to be ready to rescue in any environment. Combat rescue officers and PJs go through the same initial training pipeline before joining a search and rescue unit.
