Col. Scott Snyder, 446th Operations Group commander, pilots a C-17 Globemaster III into position to conduct aerial refueling with a KC-10 Extender in support of Exercise Talisman Sabre July 7 over the Pacific Ocean. The refueling mission took place during an airdrop mission with U.S. Army Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 509 infantry Brigade. Talisman Sabre 2015 is jointly sponsored by the U.S. Pacific Command and Australian Defence Force Headquarters Joint Operations Command.
