Medics from the 446th Aeromedical Staging Squadron discern which direction to head for land navigation training during the Care Under Fire exercise at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, July 12, 2015. The Care Under Fire exercise was designed locally by the 446th ASTS in order to simulate combat conditions and establish team oriented training scenarios.
