Maj. Peter Jorgensen serves as the Support Flight deputy commander for the 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. As a Medical Service Corps officer and air reserve technician, he is responsible for facilitating the patient-movement process, from the staging facilities to the operational and flying elements of the AE system.
