"We are so proud of her," said Colonel Drummond. Colonel Scott and Colonel Drummond are members of the Seattle/Tacoma Sam Bruce chapter of Tuskegee Airmen. "I have a deep sense of gratitude for the legacy the Tuskegee Airmen have etched for me," said Colonel Scott. "They have mentored, encouraged, and supported me over the years, so it was incredibly meaningful to me to have been sworn in by Colonel Drummond."
