JROTC cadets get glimpse into the Reserves.

JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. - Master Sgt. Jack Todd, 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron shows cadets, including Air Force Cadet Airman 1st Class Ramadan Alcutt, how a ramp-toe works aboard a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, during the Todd Beamer High School JROTC job shadow, at McChord Field, May 1. The job shadow, an annual event coordinated by the 446th Airlift Wing, gives cadets insight into career fields within the Air Force Reserve and a better understanding of the 446th AW's mission. Cadets also got to see various squadrons with their sponsors. (U.S. Air Force Photo/Staff Sgt. Nicole Celestine)
