JROTC cadets get glimpse into the Reserve.

JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. - Master Sgt. Jack Todd, flightline maintenance expediter, 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, explains the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft's overhead specifications during the Todd Beamer High School Junior ROTC job shadow at McChord Field here, May 1. The job shadow is an annual event coordinated by the 446th Airlift Wing, that gives cadets a first-hand look at careers in the Air Force Reserve and a better understanding of the 446th AW's mission. After the C-17 tour, sponsors took their cadets around their respective shops, where they took part in squadron-specific activities. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Nicole Celestine)
