446th AES earns Outstanding Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Award

BUSH FIELD, Augusta, Ga.- Staff Sgt. Karissa Kvam, a Reservist with the 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, McChord Field, secures a litter stantion aboard a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, during her preparation for a training mission, July 19. Sergeant Kvam's unit, the 446th AES was honored by AFRC with its Outstanding Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Award, for having top notch Reservists who led a Turkisk aeromedical evacuation team on the C-17 Globemaster aircraft and patient support pallet.
