JOINT BASE LEWIS MCCHORD, Wash.- Actor and comedian, Carlos Mencia, of Comedy Central's "Mind of Mencia", signs an autograph for a Soldier during his meet and greet for troops session at the Lewis-Main Post Exchange, Nov. 19. This was just one stop for his "Tour for the Troops" before giving a stand-up performance at McChord Field.
