Tim Stidhams and Staff Sgt. Patrick Whitney, logistic planners with the 446th Logistics Readiness Flight, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, McChord Field, Wash., were members of the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing that effectively reduced the redeployment time frame with the implementation of an all-Air Force customs process, a first in the Air Force Central Command area of responsibility.
