The 446th Aeromedical Staging Squadron bid farewell to Col. Karen Winter, 446th ASTS commander, who retired after 20 years of service in a ceremony here, July 10. Among the many gifts presented to Colonel Winter was a handcrafted model C-17 Globemaster III, made by her father.
