MCCHORD FIELD, Wash.- Reservists with the 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and 446th Aerospace Medicine Squadron here, approach an Army CH-47 Chinook helicopter, with six wounded "patients" from Joint Base Lewis-McChord- Main, in a medical training exercise, Oct. 4, 2011. Some of the training covered was advanced cardiac life support training, which is a training requirement for medical personnel.
