CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS - Lt. Col. Maggie Elder, 36th Aerial Port Squadron operations officer here, finished first in the women’s division and placed eighth overall in a Half Ironman competition Feb. 19. Proving her warrior spirit and powerful physical endurance, Elder finished the three-part race with a time of 5 hours, 24 minutes and 2 seconds.
