Senior Airman Ron Krotzer, a 446th CES electrician apprentice, performs upgrades on the lighting system in Building 1210. Krotzer works under the supervision of his trainer, Master Sgt. Dwayne Lee, 446th CES electrician, who has been a journeyman electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Local 76 for the past seven years.
