MCCHORD FIELD, Wash. - Tech. Sgt. Lazare Quintana, 446th CES utilities system assistant here, earned his single-engine pilot’s license in 2006. Quintana was selected by the 313th Airlift Squadron for a position as a C-17 Globemaster III pilot and plans to attend Officer Training School in March 2013, before attending Flight School.
