Retired Col. Jim Wynee, (left to right) Mr. Tracy Heffley, and Senior Airman Leland Sivanish display the Patriotic Employer Award presented March 13 to Heffley, the store manager of the Northpointe Spokane Safeway. Wynee is the Washington State Committee Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve vice chair and Sivanish is assigned to the 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, McChord Field, Wash. Heffley also signed ESGR's Statement of Support. ?Tracy attended Employer Orientation Day in 2012 and gained knowledge and first-hand experience in what my job for the Air Force is and how the employer fits into the bigger picture," said Sivanish. "He has supported me in all aspects of my military duty, to include last minute trips and reschedules. Since orientation, he has bestowed upon me greater responsibilities in multiple aspects in running the store as well as making decisions in his absence.
