Reservist part of coalition joint team slinging cargo

With chemical lights dotting the ground, Soldiers from A Company, 2-3 General Support Aviation Battalion, depart with an 1,800 pound A-22 cargo bag beneath their UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. A hook-up team from the 451st Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron (far right) monitors the aircraft's egress during a coalition-joint slingload mission at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Capt. Chris Kaighen, a Reservist from the 86th Aerial Port Squadron, McChord Airfield, Wash., took part of this operation. (U.S. Air Force photo by Jonathan D. Assaid)
