MCCHORD FIELD, Wash. -- The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Apprenticeship and College Fair will be held Sept. 12 from 10 a.m., to 3 p.m., at the Wilson Gym (Bldg. 11596 at 41st Division and "D"Street, on JBLM North.
The apprenticeship programs from 50 organizations will be represented. The programs allow you to earn while you learn and prepare you to enter a career. Most of the apprenticeship programs are eligible for Montgomery GI Bill or Post 9/11 GI Bill. There will be trade and apprenticeship hands-on activities.
The education programs, 80 total, can help you find the education program that meets your degree goals. You can meet with school representatives, learn about education opportunities for spouses, along with federal financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
