2015 446th Airlift Wing Family Day Events

This year's wing Family Day Event is Sept. 12, during the UTA weekend.

Festivities include three core events - a family benefits brief, a spouse flight, and the picnic.

Cost is five dollars per person, $25 for families of five or more people, and children four years old, and younger get in free.

R.S.V.P. deadline is Aug. 28

Family Benefits Brief

Location: Hangar 9
Time: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Special entitlement briefings from:

· Airmen & Family Readiness
· Military & Family Life Consultants
· Tri-Care
· Red Cross
· Chapel Support
· Financial Counseling

Spouse Flight

Fly over Puget Sound in a C-17 (80 spaces available)

Location: McChord Field Passenger Terminal
Time: 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Family Day Picnic

Location: Heritage Hill
Time: 11 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Fun stuff, including:
· Bouncy houses
· Kids' games
· Interactive activity booths
· Static displays
· Giveaways
· Dickey's Barbeque
