The newest 446th Airlift Wing video to promote Continuous Process Improvement was showcased during the wing commander's calls in the McChord Field theater Sunday.

In addition to the video premier, Col. Scott McLaughlin, 446th Airlift Wing Commander, addressed his top priorities to the wing, an audience of hundreds of Airmen.

The commander's vision statement for all Airmen is to "lead, innovate and adapt."

Continuous process improvement promotes the importance of finding efficiency in every level of the workplace.  Similar initiatives include Air Force Smart Operations, Lean Sigma Six, and for units to host an Enterprise Value Stream Analysis to discuss and eliminate wasteful processes in the workplace.  Each unit's EVSA projected long-term improvements by creating compartmentalized, measurable goals.

Several units were featured in the video, including the 446th Operations Group, 446th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, 86th Aerial Port Squadron, and the 446th Security Forces Squadron. Principal photography was completed through the summer of 2015.
