BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) is scheduled to be upgraded to the latest version of Oracle software starting Nov. 4, 2019.
Prior to DEAMS going down all AROWS-R orders requests scheduled before, during or shortly after the DEAMS upgrade MUST be created and fully certified prior to 1700 EST Oct. 31, 2019. In order to ensure orders are certified, they must be received/processed by your Detachment Orders Specialist NLT Oct. 17, 2019 to allow adequate time for processing.
