Special Olympics of Washington seeks volunteers for McChord Field events

MCCHORD FIELD Wash. --  Special Olympics, Washington is looking for volunteers to head-up activities at McChord Field for the Summer Games coming June 3-5 2011.

Volunteer leads would be responsible for coordinating events between the SOWA and Joint Base Lewis-McChord to ensure the event is a success, as well as coordinate and direct other volunteers.

The events that need volunteers are the Opening Ceremonies, Victory Dance, Victory Happenings, Family BBQ, and other coordinating activities to make The Summer Games the best yet.
