Resources available in the wing Published Oct. 24, 2011 446th Airlift Wing MCCHORD FIELD, Wash. -- Job search resources are available at the 446th Airlift Wing Public Affairs Office. If you are looking for a civilian job or looking to upgrade the one you have now, there are resources available to you at the 446th AW Public Affairs Office, Bldg. 1214, Room 110, as well as at the Airman and Family Readiness Center, Bldg. 1207. The resources include no-cost resume services, job fairs, job search assistance, interview tips from industry recruiters, and job announcements. Currently, there are job advertisements for the following positions in Tacoma: Bio statistician Accounting Manager Postdoctoral Fellow Research Assistant Research Coordinator Mobile Application Developer Finance Director Information Technology Services Director Accounting Assistant Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager Network Administrator There is also information on training programs for the following programs in Washington State: Construction Electrical (12 week program) Pipe Fitters (20 weeks to apprenticeship) New information comes in weekly, so check back regularly.
