Weight lifting isn’t just a good way to stay in shape, it’s also a good way to compete and show off your technique. SSgt Jonathan Guzman attends an Olympic style weight lifting competition in northern Japan to see what it’s all about. This level of competition is kept at the community of northern Japan, which means that all of the awards and points gained at this event stay at the personal experience level.
