Officials from Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell and the local community held a three-day summit to discuss processes and protocols used when responding to reports of sexual assault and domestic violence. One goal was to gain a better understanding of what victims experience during the reporting, medical assessment, investigation and prosecution of an assault but understanding each responder's role.
