DMA Director Hal Pittman interviews Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Ramón "CZ" Colón-López. In this episode, SEAC Colón-López talks about joint force readiness and leadership lessons from his more than 30 years of service. The SEAC serves as the principal advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on matters pertaining to the joint enlisted force. The position is the highest enlisted position in the DoD and was created in 2005.
