U.S. Marine Corps Major General Valerie A. Jackson assumed command of Marine Corps Forces Korea (MARFORK) following a change of command ceremony with Maj. Gen. William E. Souza, the outgoing MARFORK commander, on June 5, 2025 at Barker Field, U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys (Camp Humphreys), Republic of Korea, June 5, 2025.
