Schneidig Aroche, a California native and augmentee attached to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), explains his experience of being on a recovery team in search of a missing U.S. service member lost during the Vietnam War in Vilabouly District, Savannakhet Province, Laos, Nov. 8, 2019.
