December issue of Citizen Airman is on line

The December issue of Citizen Airman is now available on the web .

The cover story features the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, an organization made up of people who are passionate about motorcycle riding and helping people in the community.

The magazine also includes stories about the 48-year partnership between Air Force Reserve Command and Air Mobility Command; a training course designed to prepare company grade officers from the international air reserve community for joint-mission success; three Airmen from the Port Mortuary at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, who survived the Khobar Towers terrorist attack; the value of Reservists' military and civilian experience in the success of new aircraft programs; a new C-17 pilot who took an unusual path to earn his wings; and a new virtual training option that makes it easier for Reservists to comply with transition assistance requirements.

The printed edition of the December issue is scheduled to be in the mail by Dec. 9.
